We know it can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We have created a safe, fun, & effective results-oriented program just for you. It’s never too late to get healthy, to get fit, and to feel better.

About Us

CrossFit Princeton is Princeton’s 1st CrossFit Gym. We have been coaching people of all ages, abilities, shapes, & sizes to a healthier and more fit life since July 2013. Not once have we found someone who could not benefit from our program. You are never too old, too weak, too heavy, or too out of shape for us! 

Our unique small group beginner challenges have been running for 3 years now and they have been a hit! Join us for the next one and see what can happen when you have the right coaching, the right nutrition, and the right support. All you have to do is show up. We will take care of the rest.  

Challenge Details

Our Challenges are for beginners and run for 6 weeks. Everyone gets their official BEFORE and AFTER weigh-in, body fat %, picture and measurements of the back/chest, waist, hips, and thighs. You’ll get nutrition classes teaching you how and what to eat not just for the challenge but information that will help you the rest of your life. You’ll attend 3 coach-led fitness classes per week. If you miss a class… don’t worry, you’ll get a chance to make it up.

Whats Included

– 6 weeks of coach-led fitness classes, 3 days a week, for a total of 18 classes
– Make-up classes every Saturday at 10am
– Nutrition Counseling
– Group Orientation & Weigh-In on Saturday Jan 11th Noon – 1pm
